  3. If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please email to info@drkyoskincare.com.my with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.
  4. We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Dr. Kyo Clinic Online Platform.
  5. Your order should be processed and shipped within 3 working days after order verification and credit approval.
  6. We reserve the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time. The revised policy will be effective upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of our platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Returns Policy
